A bit concerned , today I was at your Newtown store this morning at 11am up until 1pm and still don't have feedback with regards to a contract I want with you guys don't understand why your shop assistance are this slow and I can't even get feedback and it's 15:30PM why do you guys take this long how many phones do you guys sell if you'll are so slow and unprofessional blaming the systems ? You need to monitor this shop the worst service I've ever experienced.
