MTN NEWTOWN JUCTION MALL A JOKE

i lost my handset , bought a new one the following day, tried doing sim swap and all that via the new handset, i failed it, went to the police station to make a sworn affidavit, i today 08/09/2020 i go to MTN newtown juction, I waited for 30mins , for the store to be opened, first customer, im told the person who uploads or authorizes affidavit is off on this day, so they cant help me i must go to Park station. Ive been using mtn for almost 9 years to get such service is so disappointed
