MTN new product still not delivered.

MTN and DSV - I ordered an uncapped number from MTN. DSV came out on 22 Feb no luck with finger prints. 23 Feb DSV called an imformed me that they were hi-jacked so no delivery. This was the last call. For the past 2 and a half weeks I have tried to contact MTN on email and plenty calls later but no luck. This is not how you treat customers.
