MTN new phone no sms service

26/3 I have just bought an iPHONE Xr , made for me XS package, from MTN which entitles me to 50 sms a month. The staff at Richards Bay MTN were great! The problem lies with the technical staff. My phone sms' are barred on the network. I have several reasons to need the use of my sms, and without any help from the technical staff, since Monday 23, i find myself frustrated. The reference number is 1-***. Technical staff/customer care request.
