MTN - New handset never arrived

I upgraded my contract in May 2018, Reference number: ********** 669 (Cape Town telesales) and my Nokia 6.1 to date has not arrived. However I am being charged for it but I never received the new handset. Statement No: AO170814. I have tried resolving this telephonically numerous times without any success. I was told the phone was sent back to East London via DSV and will be delivered to me about two weeks ago, but I still have not received it. This unacceptable it should never take this long. I would appreciate it if I could have this matter resolved urgently. Thank you, Gerhard Hattingh
