MTN new contract sim not rica'd for the whole week.

I received a new contract sim card from MTN, delivered by a courier on the 8th of October. The courier driver took RICA documents but sim card is still rica barred. MTN activations sent a request for a rica process to be done on my sim card after I had called them on the 9th, it still has not been done. I might have to cancel this contract before it even begins if getting a mere paid for service is this much of a hussle.
