Mtn new contract NO RESPONSE
I ordered a new contract and got approved immediately, several hours later my number was disconnected from my service provider Fnb connect.. I waited a full week to receive my new phone and sim card and waited another 24hours for my sim to be activated. I took out an mtn sky package with a Samsung s8+ and a Samsung tab active. To date I've yet to receive my tablet. I have contacted mtn customer care several times and have been told that they cannot help as the online sales is a different department with no contact number. I have emailed them and have yet to receive a response or my package. It is very frustrating and annoying as no1 inn the mtn call centre can assist.

We have introduced new systems with a view to improve services- these have led to our customers having to wait for their consignments much longer than what the process permits. We have reverted back to the old system to correct this error to restore services due to our customers. This may however take a bit of time to resolve.
