MTN New Contract No Assistance No Records Never Contacts You
App**** for a new contract - no assistance, no help, no one contacts you if you request is several times, reply per email by a different person every 2-3 days and getting nowhere.

27 Jan 2020, 21:07 I have app**** for a new contract, filled in all the paperwork for the promotion and received a reference number for the application and process. Now nothing can be found on the system and I have been trying for 2 months to get help and just for MTN to phone me after not one store can help me and no one contact me.
