MTN NEVER THERE WHEN YOU NEED THEM
I have just about had it with MTN. I never get help when I need it.
When I call in, I'm directed to self-help options which never help me resolve my problem. I cant even speak to a consultant as that very vital option is not available.
I tried googling the mtn number to speak to a consultant directly and the google search indicated that I should dial 136, which doesnt work and 180 which also doesnt work . The sad part is that I have 3 contracts with mtn...
Thankfully there are many more options..Its time for me to make the switch..I tried...
