MTN never take out a contract with them!!

I am really fed up with MTN!! I had a contract in 2017 which I cancelled in September 2017. There were issues with the cancellation, which was sorted out after I reported on Hello Peter, the manager called me and sort it out. Now they start again. wanting payments form me, for what? I phoned in, then they cut me of, I send emails (reply) then after a day or 2 the messages was deleted without reading. Is this a **** or what?
