MTN never online

No idea how we should do our work if the MTN tower is PERMANENTLY offline. On Friday 16 August we were offline from 10am to 1pm. Yesterday we were off for another hour and this morning (20 August) when I got to the office at 7:20 it was offline already. It is now 10:05 and it's still offline.
