MTN never notified me of tariff hike
With the recent MTN tariff hike, i was never notified if this. After speaking with MTN they disagreed saying that i received an sms. I know what i did and didnt' receive and i never received any message from MTN.

I therefore wante to cancel my data contract but MTN refuse to do so without charges penalties.

How can MTN increase their tariffs against my contract agreement without any notice.

Now i can't even cancel the contract without paying it out!!!

Surely if MTN can change around agreements, then i can too
