MTN never issuing monthly statements without Hellopeter’s Intervention from March 2020

Please assist. MTN never agrees to send me monthly statements; invoices and itemized billing statement from March 2020.

There’s nothing I haven’t tried. Even emailing the customer care service hasn’t helped.

For the June statement (expected before the 20th); I have emailed them twice; first on 25 June 2020 ; and on 2 July at 01h52 they rep**** with an automated response promising to address my query in 8 hours.

I still haven’t been contacted. Please help. My experience is that they will never give me service without Hellopeter’s intervention.
