MTN never has stock

I am currently a very frustrated customer, I am due for an upgrade with MTN, and over the past 2 weeks i have been struggling to get the phone that i want to use, its a Sony M2 Aqua, i have made numerous calls to stores such as jabulani mall, Carlton centre, westgate mall, maponya mall, I work in Midrand and 3 visits already at Boulders mall, i get the same answer, now my question is why are you reminded of an upgrade if what you require is constantly never there, secondly why are these phones advertised on their catalogues if they constantly never in the stores. am a very reasonable customer and i have been very patient since every store i call they take my number with the promise to call me back but nothing happens, numerous emails have been sent between myself and the customer service but they respond a week later with the same answer . the query reference number is ***. <br> <br> alternatively lets cancel the contract and i start afresh with another service provider. am currently using a cell c simcard because this MTN sim reminds me of the bad things they are doing to me my cell c number is ***
