MTN NEVER CLOSES ACCS that have been paid off!!!

My biggest regret in life is getting into a cellphone contact with MTN…they are biggest ****mers and exploiters please DO NOT fall into this trap. 4 years later it is still a struggle to terminate my contract which was paid off in 2022. MTN does not care regardless of me having paid twice at this point for the closure of the same account because they never stop billing you even when they are the ones at fault. This has affected my credit score and I can’t even buy a car because of this lingering account MTN refuses to close. It’s also affecting my mental health. Their staff is really impatient and nonchalant too. No one in their entire team has any sense of urgency especial their Legal department. The incompetence is baffling!!!
