MTN- Never again. Disappointed even more that the day I got dumped by my boyfriend

I have been with MTN for a few years now but never again. Ever been ****med? I feel like I have been ****med right now. I can't believe this people honestly. I upgraded my contract 2 years ago and got a extra phone as part of the promotion that was running at that time. I apparently got an extra SIM card which I never did. So 2 yrs later, I phoned them to cancel my contract and specifically asked if there is any amount I still have to pay and they said no. Now after cancelling my contract I'm being debited for SIM cards that I was gonna start paying for once my contract ends. I was told I have been getting R55 airtime for the past 24 months which I have never used and have already forfeited. And now I'm being debited for that. Apparently there is a lot of people who get the SIM cards and never use them cause we just want the phones and yet when the contract ends I must start paying. How can I have airtime and decide not use it but just forfeit it? When I asked if there is anything else I will have to pay, why didn't they tell me I still need to pay for the SIM cards that I got extra? I can't believe this company. If you are with MTN, please check your invoice because there could be SIM cards that you apparently have and you just deciding not to use. I am so disappointed because I did tell MTN that I'm cancelling my contract cause I can't afford it anymore. I'm sadden e by the fact that when I asked if there is anything I still have to pay, they said nothing. I feel like I have been scanned honestly. NEVER AGAIN. Athos companies need to be honest. To even show that this is ***** they even suspended my number.
