MTN, never again

Good day I have been struggling to cancel my contract since October 2022. They do not answer any phone calls at all. The Mtn Store (Mtn Waterfall Mall, Rustenburg) is more useless than the phone calls which is unanswered all the times. Keep in mind I have opened up an account at the Mtn Waterfall Mall, Rustenburg Yesterday last week Thursday they debited my account for R800, yeterday night they debited R1000 again out of my account. I can't believe this is how business is done. Never in my life will I ever do business with MTN again. I also suggest that any other person to not do business with them. They are like parasites of South Africa and I can't see how they can be proud of themselves Please stay with Vodacom! I will definitely go back to Vodacom
