MTN never again

Their customer service is non-existent. When trying to contact them telephonically one has to jump through 20 hoops just to speak to a person. As for our local store there are more staff from cellphone brands laying around in the store than actual MTN staff. You cannot pay your account in cash and the only time they are really enthusiastic and helpful is if you are upgrading or taking out a new contract.
