MTN NETWORK SUCKS

I have been struggling with MTN for along time. Ive been to various different outlets to which no consultant or manager could assist me. I am paying on a monthly and they cannot even assist me doing a sim swap yet they taking my money. Should I stop paying then they quick to list me. I requested a contact number or a address for MTN legal and even the consultant could not assist me with it. I have left my details for managers to call me back yet they failed me. I am so angry as MTN is the worst provider ever. *********** staff, leaders that cannot assist. I don't know what to do anymore
