MTN Network ****med me

MTN really takes the cup for ******** of ******** , August 2022 I went to cancel my contract at the Durban workshop store my 24 months contract had ended and cancellation was confirmed. Yesterday 21.01.23 I went to a mtn store in galleria to apply for a phone contract I was advised that I owe R3000 since I didn’t cancel the data contract! I was besides myself when I was given this information how so? When I cancelled in August 2022? In order for me to get my phone contract I need to pay R3000 ???? I am lived ********** to be exact people need to know Mtn is not a peoples network not only that I let go of the poor service and false talk that happened when I took my data contract the inconvenience I experienced when the consultant who signed me up **** they had sign Me up for the R199 data contract only to find month end R800 was debited in my account for 3months I went to store to ask the guy had decided to bank on commission n made my data unlimited shouldn’t have let that slide in the first place I’m really discussed for the fact I even considered taking a phone contract when probably I would be ****med@MTN get your act together or you will loyal customers everywhere you go.
