MTN network problems

Since there has been no network at all from MTN yesterday and today at Katlehong and Vosloorus. We can't even make calls. For the past 2 weeks the network has been lagging and alow. When most clients purchase data they end up using only little.This company is exploiting people. Can Icassa intervene please we are losing businesses. We are losing jobs.
