MTN Network Outage in Kagiso

Dear MTN South Africa

I am here to report about the MTN Network Outage. We have been struggling to receive calls, making calls, accessing the Internet on the Data. Initially I thought it was my phone but I ended up realizing that all Mtn users are facing the same problem. We are situated in Kagiso, Mogale city, in the Westrand.

It is not fair for us to buy data and struggle to use them. Buy airtime and struggle to make or receive calls. It's not the first time this happened I did report this before and the problem was solved. Here we go again. It is your responsibility to supply us with the best service as there are other Network competitors who may gain more customers from MTN. It is very important for us to keep connected with our Loved ones.

I believe you will work so hard to get this network outages fixed without delay. It's currently so bad.
