MTN NETWORK NONEXISTENT IN NORTHAM SWARTKLIP MANTSERRE AREA

I always thought that MTN was a best mobile cellphone coverage in Africa, for the past two weeks I find myself in Northam, Swartklip, Mantserre area there is no network and its not due to loadshedding wether the power its on or not no network but if you go to the nearby Amandabelt complex owned by Anglo American there is full network but the areas mentioned above dololo, I had to buy another sim card from a different service provider.
