MTN Network Issues

Good day

I am having issues with my line. I am not able to receive or make calls. I am also getting an error every time I run USSDs on my phone.

I have called the call centre three times trying to resolve the issue. I was sent to the coverage team and they advised I need to log an incident. Am incident was logged with the back office and I was informed the issue is resolved but I am still experiencing the same issue.

I sent an email to the back office informing them my issue is not resolved and they sent me back to the contact centre. I have been sent from pillar to post without a real solution and it seems no one really knows what the issue here
