MTN Network Issues

Does anyone have similar challenges as me with MTN network, its been a 5 days of no network and every time I call MTN they are not able to explain what the problem is. The issue gets resolved for minutes after the call to MTN and then the problem comes back. I am really frustrated paying for something I cant use.
