MTN Network issue

I am not sure if a new tower was installed or an existing one upgraded, but my internet connection has slowed down and is even non-existent at times. I only have this problem when at home, and not just on one device, all of them.

It has been almost a month now, with no improvement. I phoned the number provided and was told someone would get back to me, but this has not happened. When in the CBD I get blistering internet speeds, but when at home(2km away), it is non-existent. I have tested this on multiple devices with no success. Please help.
