Mtn network is robbing us

@RalphMupita kindly advise why is your company robbing us. I had 243gig on my subscription for the past year, it never expired every month when I received my data for the past year. Suddenly it has been canceled none can tell me why. Is this how you run. @MTNza your agent just told the rule was app**** the night before my data expired. Is in line with @ICASA_org rules
