MTN network intermittently down.

For 2 days now no network coverage intermittently. I have sickness in the family and can't contact the hospital to find out how they are. I stay in St Helena Bay andy daughter in Kenilworth Cape Town. No way to contact MTN to report a problem. I filled out a questionnaire on the internet for MTN.
