Mtn network has the worst costomer service

So I bought a MTN SIM card today ,got a sms from MTN giving me my number and it said to activate incoming SMS from other networks I need to load R5 airtime so I bought airtime I tried loading the airtime and it said connection problem invalid MMI then I tried calling them 18 different dial code I found all of them on a dead end!!! OK !!! Frustrated but noooooo this goes on I downloaded the MTN app to self Rica only says error what a waist of time then the MTN watsapp number does not exist?????? So tell me how do u get hold of mtn because from what ive seen and experienced it's impossible and highly frustrating and yes I did dial 135 and yes I did dial from another network 083135 and 16 other numbers ,my qualification is why ???????? And no response on the emails sent I figure it's not working like the rest of mtn
