MTN Network has been down for more than 3 days in Trichardt Secunda

The network has been down for three consecutive days. This is poor service at a higher level because I don't understand how we (clients) are expected to live without a network for 3 days. If towers are down, why are they not fixed to provide us with the service that we pay for. MTN service keeps on deteriorating yearly and this has a huge impact on clients, it affects our daily lives and endeavors negatively.
