MTN NETWORK DISAPPERING FOR DAYS

Since friday 8th July 2022 even today 11/07/2022 there has been no network at all. Every time there's loadshedding, MTN network disappears as well for days in Carletonville (Gauteng Province). Please fix this. I understand that loadshedding has been playing a part on this network issue but that does not mean that MTN should not be accountable for its responsibility. Please make sure that you send technicians almost everyday this side to check if the network is proper, I am saying everyday because loadshedding happens everyday, as this seems to be our new normal. For as long as loadshedding happens please send technicians this side, we cannot have phones that are not working, especially if emergencies may occur hence life is unpredictable.
