MTN Network coverage 😢

No Network Coverage since Saturday 09/12/2023. We have had no network coverage in our area for the past two days. Today is the third day. It's extremely difficult to get through to MTN's customer care. I have been trying the whole day and once I was able to get through eventually I was told that the department that deals with coverage issues has closed for the day and i should call back the next day. Our entire area is off. There is also a huge concern with Network coverage when there's loadshedding we have no Network Coverage.
