MTN network coverage

Good evening my is Raymond Mudau, I reside from Atteridgeville West of Pretoria. I have 3 products with MTN and I am struggling with network coverage and I am paying close to R1400 monthly , and in 7 weeks I work from home and due to coverage I 9nlt have access to 1 if not at all access to network for a full day.

We understand the Issues created by Load shedding but we are struggling, and when you call the help line they refer to you to the customer services who then reffer to network services who will give the same response our technicians are working on it.

Please assist I am not the only consumer complaining.
