MTN NETWORK

I bought a phone on contract and covered it with all risk insurance at MTN stores. I lost my phone last month and blacklisted it, went to police station and do all the necessary paperwork for insurance claim. But MTN insurance is playing with me they have been tossing and turning me around asking for unnecessary documentation which when I visited MTN store at hemmingways I've been told it's the insurances duty to communicate with MTN to request more information..

Until today I haven't received any feedback at that time I am using my phone for work purposes and no one is responding to my calls lately nor emails they just answer and keep on talking with friends behind.

I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with their poor service
