MTN network

On the 13th i had internet issues. I called for assistance ,the first 2 consultants could not assist me .however they tried.

I called in again for 3rd time my call was taked by mphonyana. Instead of assisting me she told me how customers dont understand loadsheddings .i proceeded to be rude ...in this case i would like you pull the call and listen to as i believe thats not the was to do business.Mphonyana does does not to be part of MTN
