I am really peeved with MTN. I took out a contract last year September. I cancelled the contract within 6 days which you are allowed to do .
I returned the phone intact in the packaging on the 19 September to their Pavilion branch . The branch emailed them that the phone is in the shop .
The thing is they are deducting from my account every month . I phoned them as well and emailed them they keep saying it will be sorted out . I eventually blocked them from with drawing from my account for three months . They wait for the three months to be up then they withdraw the money for three months . I am sick and tired of them .
They know they have the phone , someone has just not done a follow up . Don't ever take out a contract at MTN.
