MTN needs to step up their game!!!!!!

MTN has to be the most *********** service provider to ever exist. Their call center agents never know how to assist their clients all they know is to put clients on hold and hang up. I've emailed and called numerous times with no assistance... At this point I am livid because what service is this!!!!!!!!!!!
