Mtn needs to shutdown as a network

So after fighting with MTN for the 2.4gigs of data they owe my daughter they decided only to give her 800mb. I was told by a lovely lady that my problem will be resolved by 31st December 2020 because they provisioned the correct data to her. They told me that my daughter would receive her data in an hour if it didn't reflect within the first 5 minutes. Its the 2nd January and still nothing not other data. I always have a problem with mtn in December. But believe that was my last December with you guys coz I am taking my money elsewhere where I'm taking my money to Vodacom. Mtn need to shutdown or go bankrupt putrid network with putrid so called service Champs that don't know **** like they haven't been trained. OH PS IM STILL WAITING ON THE GENERAL MANAGERS CALL NHLANHLA!
