MTN NEEDS TO ANSWER !!!

MTN "SUCKS"

It is with great disappointment this review is written as I went to MTN at the Liberty Midlands Mall ( near Woolworths) to see the consultant that I have been dealing with for the past few years Sthe and was advised that she was dismissed for NON PERFORMANCE. Such a load of nonsense and well that also depends on the definition of NON PERFORMANCE as if that means servicing every customer with a smile from morning to Evening as quickly and efficiently as possible, cancelling lunch breaks as she has her own queue of customers which is obviously for her willingness to assist and deliver more than we expect. I was assisted by another consultant whom was more interested in her own conversation with other colleagues which was very frustrating as I as a customer would like to receive the service/assistance which is required by MTN as a so called " service provider" of which I had been receiving all along. Asked to see the manager of whom I do not even know who he is and was told he is unavailable. It is the first experience I have had such bad service at MTN of course as it is the first time dealing with someone else. Really not impressed with MTN standards as I expected to at least receive a similar level of service that was received from Sthe. It shows good employees in a service providing industry DO NOT need to provide a service in order to have a job hence those whom DO provide excellent service are DISMISSED.

CAN MTN JUSTIFY THIS DISMISSAL???
