Mtn needs new call centre MANAGEMENT.
I understand that all large call centres have numerous challenges but Mtns very very poor overall call centre experience has really gone to new lows, especially now with the strike, the current operational advisers really think they are royalty for working through the strike, as if they're the customers and we're working in their centre.

I am aware that your call centre has amazing advisers but there are very few.

Where are the staff who monitor calls, who are supposed to provide feedback on these calls and help create better advisers?

Why do their recruitment hire people who clearly do not care about empathy/professionalism, for a role like this ?

I'm able to complain about so many experiences with your call centre and poor network.

Please don't bother asking a lot of questions about this complaint but rather use your resources to build on the operation of your call centres and improve your service.

It might be worth while sending texts to customers regarding the strike, what the resolution is and when it will be sorted, KEEP US UPDATED, we are your customers !!!
Also, it seems your call centre operates at its own times lately, please advise the operation times.
Good luck,
Thank you for your post.
