MTN needs a new delivery partner

The reason i write is hoping you would do something as i got the contract via MTN You delivery partner has the worse customer service ever

"Worst courier company ever, stated i was not at home yet the driver called me to say he was outside when i went out he was not there, had to call all over sa to get some response from them, @mtn needs to get involved, today they stated they will deliver between 5 and 7 and guess what im still waiting"
