MTN need to wake up

I have been a customer for almost 6 years and never skipped a payment, in fact I pay more than I have to AND early every month. This morning I received an sms of outstanding fees and I might face my service being deactivated. The uneducated responsible employees made a mistake by not noting that I did make a payment in MARCH month, hence they kept bringing forward an opening balance due to one uneducated employee that did not bother to open his/her eyes or simply cannot read statements. The mtn employee at the store noted all my payments are up to date, but since the person responsible is striking - yeah! Striking!!! My bill cant be fixed until these uneducated people decide to return to work. You want to strike but you cant even do the jobs you are currently assigned to! Looks like mtn is becoming just as disgraceful as the rest of the striking public sector. I did not skip a single payment and I have my bank receipts to prove it. Turn off my phone and you WILL PAY THE DAMAGES MTN! SINCERELY disgusted client. Not renewing any of my 3 contracts as of next year. You better fix my account or suffer the consequences if my service gets shut down. You wanna strike but cant even bill!
