MTN need to resolve this

Another bad experience I had a contract with Mtn it expired 14 Oct 2022 today 2nd Nov 2022 they debit my account and said that ive renew my contract by phone which I didn't , they have phone to extent my contract i did refuse to do so, Now they debit my account and refuse to refund my money back as the lady they can't refund my money. I ask who renew my contract I need that person name. The lady at customer care put the phone down in my ears and just sending a ref no , what must I do with a ref no they speak properly ir they don't understand when it comes to your money.
