MTN NEED TO DO WHAT THEY GET PAID FOR

They are very quick to bill you but once you pay its like no hurry to give you a letter. You send emails and no reply or phone call. The account is paid in march 2018 now in june 2018 legal action is taken for something that is PAID IN FULL. If someone at MTN could just do the effort of sending me the letter it would be very kind of them (they actually get a salary to do this or do they work for free).
