Mtn need investigation

We have tried to cancel our account with MTN via phone and email and yet nothing has been done. We told we have to pay in even though there is no cellphone for this contract. I’ve asked for proof of acknowledgement in being tied down to this contract but they keep dropping our calls. I think it’s absolutely disgusting and should be investigated that this is a common practice for people leaving.
