Mtn (need I say more)

Was due for a upgrade Did it online, then declined it Went to the store, did everything, the lady took out the tablet,checked all the stuff, on her last check that she did couldn't give it to me as online shows pending order Phoned mtn online 30 minutes all of the sudden call dropped Another 30 minutes call dropped Went to the store again, sorry must speak to the online people So how can I sort this out if we just passing the blame???
