MTN N1 City Poor customer service

This is by far the worst MTN store that I've ever gone too.

I was told that I would need to get an affidavit, proof of address and certified copy of my ID, I spoke to a lady by the name of Shahiema at the N1 MTN store and waited for more than an hour just to get the sim swap done, I then spoke to one of her colleague's who called her from the back only to be told 2 hours later that the Manager is currently busy and will process the sim swap.

I waited a whole day and sim swap was still not completed.

I contacted the MTN store every day and only to be told my sim swap was processed but was unsuccessful and I had to come in to the MTN store again to process a new request and I should contact MTN to find out why it was unsuccessful.

This is pure laziness and she was very neverminded.

I would not advise anyone to go this store for assistance as it will be a waste of anyone's time.
