MTN in N1 City Mall Goodwood Cape Town

In December 17th 2024 I upgraded my internet contract , I was assisted by James @ the MTN store in N1 City ,who can’t tell me why my other contract is not cancelling since December, now I have to pay for something I am not using, I went to the store again and again and I can’t be keeping on wasting my time or maybe they take it as a joke or I should cancel the contract and look for another service provider as they not taking their customers seriously!

I am so so disappointed with MTN service its just bad!
