due to financialproblems and a medical condition I have been trying to cancel a contract and migrate my number for over 3 months and have had no joy in doing this. now my number has been suspended and when I contacted mbali from Cosmonet. i don't get any response. from her the other contact I have *** and *** I do not get a straight answer. the one dept says contact the other nd so it goesback and forth i have put both email asdresses on one email still no joy. they think bcause they have donatedmoey to the government to purchase vacines can mess aroud with their customers ho have kept their business going.
