MTN MY WORST NIGHTMARE 😪

They don't even deserve a star 😪

Horrible place to do business with , first they charge me for a router which I do not have & insist the router was delivered with the laptop. Why would someone query a charge on their statement for something they in possession of?

Now I lost phone , have been paying insurance on this phone from 2022 ,the insurance company can pick up the device but MTN can't? How is that so when I upgraded from the phone to a laptop.

I will never do business with the useless people again!!!! Bunch of ******* I tell you. Perhaps when I stop paying they will find my router and my previous device on their systems!
